The U.S. Is Up to No Good
The U.S. is the bad guy of the world to a lot of people. One night last week all of the water from a lake in Russia disappeared. A Russian woman ponders this:
“I am thinking, well, America has finally got to us,” said one old woman, as she sat on the ground outside her house.
Yes, the CIA has some highly classified rapid-lake-draining equipment. But maybe it was just a training exercise, and they will put the water back on another night soon. Or maybe it was a psy-ops mission just to mess with Putin’s head. He has been misbehaving lately.
… perhaps we should drain all of the lakes in Russia. And we should not forget about France - or anyone else that has annoyed us lately. Hmmm, Canada has a lot of lakes - and they often won’t do what we want them to do either.

Forget the Canadian lakes-most of them are unfit to drink. (fish fornicate in them).
