Bush Dumb? … Kerry Smart?
Gerard Baker, U.S. editor of the London Times, after meeting last week in the Oval Office with President Bush, said:
“In person Mr. Bush is so far removed from the caricature of the dim, war-mongering Texas cowboy of global popular repute that it shakes one’s faith in the reliability of the modern media.”
Hmm. Are Americans really going to put a guy in charge of the free world that is not at least reasonably bright? I don’t think that we are … well … that dumb.
It is an interesting phenomenon that when people strongly disagree with someone politically, they start questioning their intelligence. People on the left seem to be especially bad about this. Wow, you must be dumb if you don’t agree with policies x, y, and z since these policies are so clearly right.
There is a blogsite, amazingly ranked #14 in the blogosphere for visitor traffic, called the SmirkingChimp. Some lefties just can’t get enough of calling their opponents dumb, dumb, dumb. Chimp, chimp, chimp.
For some fun with this, during the campaign last year Steve Sailer dug into old military test records and was able to compare Bush’s IQ to Kerry’s IQ. Who do you think came out higher? Go look here.

Surfed on of the the Chimp page and they don’t allow comments unless you give them your life history. Guess they just want to hear from other idiots. Too bad they can’t read or they would now know that the President is much smarter than Hanoi John (IQ and college grades), but Hanoi being an elitest and a traitor had more to do with him losing the election. The left wing liberal communist must inflate their ego’s every night with slime. (For those who are not automobile savy, slime is a product to put in a tire so punctures won’t deflate it, self sealing) Their ego gets busted everytime they post and one of the real American bloggers tear them to pieces. Keep up the good work, it’ll be interesting to see how long they can keep a streight face while losing every argument when faced with facts.
